We are not a real estate agency. We are proud to say we are an important bridge and link between your purchase and its transparency regarding bureaucracy. We mediate in order for you to buy the best possible land with facts. We take care of our only priority: the Buyer.

Unfortunately, real estate market in Portugal is much less controlled than in other European countries. To practice real estate in Portugal one does not need to to pass any exam or has to have any specific knowledge to obtain the license. Anyone can obtain a license from today to tomorrow. That leaves everyone vulnerable to making big mistakes. These news come as a surprise to many foreigners. It as well explains why there are so many real estates in Portugal and plenty of unexpected fold of events.

How do you know you are our priority
We are not conflicted by prioritising a certain real estate nor we lobby a certain company for our own benefit. The profit we have is from the fee a buyer pays us directly. Regardless the value of real estate the fee is always fixed. With other words: We do not work on percentages and we are not bind to any real estate agencies.
The question is, who to trust
and who won’t take the advantage of a foreigner buyer?
Trust the ones who profit only from you and are impartial of real estate agencies i.e. percentages. Keep in mind that a Portugal real estate agency gets percentages only by the sellers who are usually locals. Most realtors hold only the sellers' best interests at heart while we try to make it worth while for buyers as well.

The same fee applies to all purchased real estates since the value of real estate does not maximise nor minimise our effort.
